Do I need an appointment for lab tests?
Walk-ins are always welcome at our laboratory branch. However, booking online secures your preferred time slot and minimizes your waiting time.
Do I need to fast before my blood test?
Tests like Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) and Lipid Profiles typically require 8 to 12 hours of fasting (water is allowed). Routine tests like CBC do not require fasting.
How and when will I receive my results?
Routine blood test results are usually available on the same day by late afternoon. You can access them securely through our online patient portal or receive them via email.
Do you accept HMO cards and PhilHealth?
Yes, we partner with major Philippine HMO providers and honor PhilHealth deductions for accredited laboratory packages. Please bring your valid HMO card and doctor's request.
Do you offer home service blood collection?
Yes! We offer home service phlebotomy within coverage areas in the Philippines. Contact our hotline or book through our support line to schedule a home collection.
